08/19/2017 Laura is a very good coach. I am able to slip into a different state of mind very easily with her guidance. After that, it feels like you are simultaneously in your current physical reality while also being in other place or time. For those who have done meditation, it can be easier. Laura is good at taking the time to understand what you are interested in gaining from your therapy and then guide the session to get answers on that. Highly recommend trying this!

06/30/2017 Where has this been all of my life? I've made more personal growth in the past 2 months with Laura than I have in the past 2 years. Laura is an amazing listener and has really helped reveal to me many of the dysfunctional beliefs and assumptions I've been making about myself. Hypnotherapy has also been the perfect approach for me in helping to release hidden emotional blocks that have kept me stuck in old patterns.
