This is Science but it Feels like Magic!

How would it feel to connect with that solid core feeling of peace that comes with knowing you have all the power? Hypnotherapy is a powerful process that allows you to access and change subconscious beliefs that are no longer serving you and replace them with desired thoughts and behaviors. All of this, while simply engaging in a process of relaxing deeply and using your imagination. Sounds magical right?

How does it work?

Your thinking mind is the most complex and powerful tool you have to create change in both your inside and outside circumstances. If you are using it to think negative, untamed, and unruly thoughts you are most likely not getting the results you desire. As your hypnotherapist, you can think of me as a tour guide, leading you on an exciting adventure into the depths of your own mind. Together we will explore what is holding you back and bridge the gap between where you are now and where you want to be.

This allows access to the subconscious mind through the imagination. It also produces the ability to experience thoughts and images as real. Hypnotherapy is the process of harnessing the therapeutic value of hypnosis and guiding the client to make powerful shifts and create desired behaviors. You will find hypnotherapy to be a relaxing, enjoyable, and fun.  There are many misconceptions about hypnosis. A simple definition of hypnosis is that it is a state of increased suggestibility and concentration. Do not expect to go to sleep, be “put under”, or lose touch with reality. You will know everything that is going on around you. You are in complete control. The effectiveness depends on a person’s ability to take responsibility for themselves, and their ability to be ready for change.

CAN YOU REALLY HYPNOTIZE ME?

All hypnosis is self-hypnosis in that the Hypnotherapist acts as a guide to lead you into a relaxed, receptive state. But you are always in control. If you wish to be hypnotized there is no power that can stop you. If you do not wish to be hypnotized, there is no power that can make you. In short, “if you think you can or you think you can’t you are right.
