Reiki focuses on seven main energy centers, also known as chakras, in your body. The goal is to facilitate a free flow of energy through the chakras to create balance and optimal health in the body. When energy flow is blocked, you might feel ill or experience physical pain.
During a Reiki session, you experience a deep state of relaxation while your practitioner works to increase energy flow in your body. This helps to reduce pain, stress, and anxiety.
Although you might still require standard medical interventions to manage chronic pain, hypnotherapy and Reiki can help you manage the stress associated with chronic pain leaving you feeling relaxed, restored, and better able to cope with your condition.
